More and more schools on educational trips choose to take advantage of the Foundation’s Educational Services to explore the history, art and cultural heritage of Venice, one of the most famous cities in the world and a preferred destination for educational tourism.
To facilitate educators in the organization of educational trips and work alongside with them to make the experience an opportunity for cultural enrichment, an agreement has been finalized between “Centro Soggiorno Morosini”, one of the institutions of the Municipality of Venice, and Fondazione Musei Civici with the aim to offer schools comfortable accommodation at very favourable prices.
The Center, which specializes in the hosting of children and teens, is located on the Lido at Alberoni, an area of Venice suspended between sea and lagoon, well known for its quiet atmosphere, charm and natural beauty. The facilities are reserved for the exclusive use of schools during their educational trips.
Accommodation is subject to the booking of educational packages combining at least two proposals in the educational activities offered by the Foundation’s museums.
