• The service is confirmed once the activity has been paid for, which should occur at least 7 working days prior to the expected visit.
• Booking in good time guarantees one obtains the service and activity desired. “Last minute” bookings may be requested by email to education@fmcvenezia.it at least three working days before the date of the aspected activity; they can be accepted depending upon availability of the requested activities and anyway they must be paid in advance (in this case immediately at the confirmation of the availability of the service).
• If an activity is not paid within the terms indicated below, it will be automatically cancelled.
• No payments are refundable. In cases of justified necessity, it is possible to ask for a change of date/time of the booked activity by email to education@fmcvenezia.it at least three working days before the date to be changed. The change can be accepted, dependant upon the dates and times still available. The scheduled time of the booked activity must be respected. Any delay will result in a shortening of the activity.
• Meeting point with operators supplying the activity in front of the ticket office area, nearby the coffee shop.

Cost of admission to the exhibit. Admission ticket to the exhibition at regular rates must be purchased the day of the visit directly at the ticket office. Reductions for under 25 or over 65, for groups (15 person minimum); free for under 6, for the disabled and for the person accompanying them, for group leaders ( max 1 for each group) .
